"Telepathiemädchen-,Ran' incident notes") is a novel series of Japanese author Atsuko Asano , the first time on Released March 15, 1999. The plot was adapted as a manga series as well as an anime television series.

action

The friendly and open-minded girl Ran is introduced to her supernatural abilities in the first year of high school. She is increasingly concerned that her powers may have a bad influence on the people who come in contact with her. But soon Ran can come to terms with her abilities and tries to support both her family and friends. Accompanied by Rui, Ran finds himself again and again at the center of mysterious circumstances and realizes that solving her problems is often only possible with the help of Midori, another girl with supernatural powers.

Origin and publications

The novel series was written by Atsuko Asano and edited by Kodansha . The first edition was published on March 15, 1999 and the ninth and final on June 16, 2008.

Adaptations

Manga

The book series was adapted by draftsman Toshitsugu Iida as a manga series entitled Telepathy Shōjo Ran ( テ レ パ シ ー 少女 「蘭」 ), which was published in Shōnen Sirius magazine. The Kodansha publishing house published the chapters in eight summaries as Tankōbon .

Anime

Building on the plot of the book series, a 26-part anime television series entitled Telepathy Shōjo Ran ( テ レ パ シ ー 少女 「蘭」 ) was produced on behalf of TMS Entertainment . The series was broadcast for the first time from June 21 to December 20, 2008 on the education channel of the NHK . The title Aoi Kakera ( 青 い か け ら ) from Chara was used in the opening credits of the anime . The end credits were the title Polaris no Namida ( ポ ラ リ ス の 涙 ) by Onso9line.
