history
Tellermine 35 was introduced into the Wehrmacht in 1937 as the successor to Tellermine 29 . It was used until the end of World War II. The successor was the Tellermine 42, introduced in 1942 .
functionality
The mine, which was covered or placed openly, triggered when the lid was pressed. Additional draft fuses in the side and in the bottom of the mine, as well as relief fuses, were responsible for securing recovery. A load of 90 kilograms was necessary to trigger the mine.
