Tepeköy is a village in the district of Varto in the eastern Turkish province of Mus . Tepeköy is about 41 km north of the provincial capital Muş and 14 km southeast of Varto. According to the last census, Tepeköy had 457 inhabitants (as of December 2010). The population consists mainly of Kurds and Chechens .
