Teresa Gimpera
Teresa Gimpera i Flaquer (born September 21, 1936 in Igualada ) is a Catalan actress and model .
Life
Gimpera was discovered by photographer Leopoldo Pomés and, after some experience as a model - also in TV commercials - played in films from 1965. Most of the time she was hired for artistically unimpressive exploitation films in Italy and France. In 1984 she founded the modeling school Gimpera Models , after which she significantly restricted her work in front of the camera.
In 1990 Gimpera married actor Craig Hill .
In 1996 and 2003 Gimpera published books. In 2017 she was awarded a Creu-de-Sant-Jordi .
