The Théâtre municipal is an event building in Denain , a French city in the northern department of the Hauts-de-France region , which was built from 1901 to 1912. The building at Rue de Villars No. 147/149 was added to the list of architectural monuments in France in 2000 as Monument historique .

The building was designed by architect M. Marquette and built under the direction of Louis Six. Victor Lhomme from Lille painted the ceiling of the auditorium and the foyer. The staircase windows and the gilding are by Pierre Turpin. A rear extension was built in 1925 under the direction of the architect Trannoy.

The structure was renovated in 2018.
