The Center is the name of a skyscraper in Hong Kong . At 346 meters, the building is the fifth highest in the city. The office tower with a top was built in 1998 and has 73 floors. The Center is in the district of Central and has the address: 99 Queen's Road Central. With a purchase price of 5.15 billion US dollars, “The Center” is the most expensive building in the world ever sold (as of 2017).
