Fog Joggers is a German indie rock group.
The band was founded in 2007 in Krefeld . The group's name was one of several suggestions made by the drummer and alludes to the name of his first band. The debut album Let's Call It a Day was released on October 14, 2011 via Welcome Home Music. The band gained fame through their song "Waiting in the Wings" (2011), which the Bitburger brewery uses in their commercials. On May 23, 2014, the album From Heart to Toe was released . Christian Peitz (organ) left the band in summer 2016, Christian Hermanns joined the group. In 2015 and 2016, various appearances in the opening act of the band Revolverheld followed , in April 2017 the group celebrated its tenth anniversary in the Kulturfabrik Krefeld with guests like Patrick Richardt .
Until the beginning of 2017 the band was called The Fog Joggers , but then removed the article and has been called Fog Joggers ever since .
