The Jasser Arafats is a Finnish death and thrash metal band from Tampere .
history
The band was formed in 2007. In 2008 the first two demos followed, as well as an EP in 2009 that included four songs. Thereupon the group reached a contract with Violent Journey Records , about which in April 2010 the debut album Condemnation was released internationally. Since 2008, the group had also performed with groups such as Sotajumala , Stam1na and Kalmah . At the end of 2009 the group also went on tour through Finland, Sweden and Norway together with the Mexican band Into Sickness . In 2013 the EP The Aftermath followed via Violent Journey Records , after which the band consisted of the bassist S. Hautamäki, the drummer Jack O Hell, the guitarists J. Liukkonen and Max Pekkonen and the singer Jari Kurki.
