The Lost Choir is a German short film by Tim Neiser from 2012, which was produced by Gray Group Germany on behalf of the International Children's Fund (ICF) .

The film shows the 40-strong boys' choir Wuppertaler Kurrende performing Mad World in the Erlöserkirche Wuppertal . Every three seconds a singer steps off the stage until finally only a boy stands on the stage and explains to the visibly moved audience: “Every three seconds the world loses a child. Your donation can help to stop this. ", Followed by the Internet address of the ICF.

According to the ICF, around eleven million children under the age of five die every year as a result of poverty, hunger, malnutrition, drinking water pollution and a lack of vaccination protection. It follows that on average one child dies every 3 seconds.
