action

Yuuto Suoh is a normal student who is familiar with modern sagas . To prove one of these legends, he and childhood friend Mitsuki Shimoya visit a local shrine nearby. However, while he takes a picture of himself next to the shrine's divine mirror with his solar-powered smartphone, he is mysteriously transported to another world called Yggdrasil.

This new world into which he comes is heavily imbued with Norse mythology . He also finds that many people fight each other over sovereignty. Yuuto is later accepted into what is known as the Wolf Clan, who have inferior military tactics. With the knowledge of military tactics that he learned from school and through his smartphone, he is gradually making the Wolf Clan a prominent patriarch. In return, he also wins the affection of a group of magical warrior girls known as Einherjar.

Characters

Yuuto Suoh

Yuuto was accidentally transported to Yggdrasil while taking a selfie in front of a divine mirror. There he became a warlord and patriarch of the Wolf Clan. He used his knowledge of the 21st century to update the technology of the Bronze Age . Although he has no unique skills, he is a skilled commander, mimicking the tactics of famous conquerors, although he regards them as mere "deceivers".

Felicia

Felicia is one of the Einherjars of the Wolf Clan and Yuuto's sworn younger "sister". She fights with a whip. Her rune allows her to move at superhuman speeds. She also has a secret crush on Yuuto and uses every opportunity to seduce him with her beauty.

Sigrun

Sigrun is one of the Einherjars of the Wolf Clan and Yuuto's sworn daughter. She fights with a katana that Yuuto gave her. Your rune increases your strength. She admires Yuuto very much and wishes him his praise. Her sense of honor causes her to be very protective of him. This eventually leads to her developing feelings for him.

Ingrid

Ingrid is one of the Einherjars of the Wolf Clan and Yuuto's sworn daughter. Her rune gives her master blacksmithing. She is in love with Yuuto and often misinterprets the meaning behind his words.

Linnea

Linnea is the patriarch of the Horn clan. She became Yuuto's sworn younger sister after her clan was conquered by the Wolf Clan. She is a hereditary patriarch, which is illegal in technocratic Yggdrasil. She considered herself unworthy to lead and suggested that Yuuto marry and unite her clans with him as patriarch. Although her proposal is diplomatic, she eventually develops real affection for him.

Albertina

One of the Princesses of the Claw Clan and the older twin sister of Christina. Unlike her sister, she is innocent and slow. She is an Einherjar whose rune allows her to move at superhuman speeds and hide her presence a bit, which makes her an excellent assassin. She became Yuuto's sworn daughter just because her sister did too.

Christina

One of the Princesses of the Claw Clan and the younger twin sister of Albertina. Unlike her sister, she is malicious and intelligent. She is an Eingerjar whose rune allows her to hide her presence and increase her speed a little. This, along with her intelligence gathering skills, makes her an excellent spy. She became Yuuto's sworn daughter because she respected his leadership skills.

Mitsuki Shimoya

Yuuto's childhood friend with whom he has a crush. She can call Yuuto using the phone he still has while he is near the divine mirror that called him to Yggdrasil. When Yuuto returns to the 21st century, she is thrilled. It doesn't take long, however, before Mitsuki realizes that Yuuto wants to return to Yggdrasil. She decided to go with him. After she manages to convince Yuuto that she will not undo her resolve, she accepts Yuuto's marriage proposal.
