The Reminder is the third studio album by Canadian singer and songwriter Leslie Feist . It was released in 2007 and contains 13 tracks. The Reminder reached number 16 on the US Billboard 200 charts and second on the Canadian album charts. In Germany, The Reminder was ranked 11th as the highest chart position and achieved gold status. The single release in 1234 was to use in a commercial for the product iPod company Apple so popular that it reached top places in various charts.

The main songwriter of the album is Leslie Feist. For some of the compositions, the longstanding musical companions Chilly Gonzales and Mocky are also identified. The trio is also responsible for the production together with Renaud Letang and Ben Mink .

The Reminder is considered a mixture between classic pop songwriting and the indie music style . The time judged that the production sounded light and had aspects of the mainstream , as well as details that would only reveal themselves after listening to it several times. In general, the commercial success met with extremely positive reviews when the album was released.

The criticism platform Metacritic shows a Metascore of 79 out of 100 possible points for The Reminder . In the evaluation by users, the album achieved 8.9 out of 10 points.
