The Secluded is a German rock band that was founded in Frankfurt am Main in 2012 . The band consists of Miro Kania (vocals, guitar), Marco Desch (electric bass, vocals), Kris Ralph (drums) and Dominik Labitzke (guitar). The Secluded stylistically combines alternative with elements from surf , reggae and flamenco and can be assigned to the subgenre New Prog .
history
The individual members of The Secluded were initially members of various Hessian bands before they got together in Frankfurt am Main in 2012. Just a year later, the band began recording their debut album on their own. In autumn 2013 the band signed a record deal with the Berlin label Motor. The first self-titled album was released on August 1, 2014.
