Band history

The band was founded in 1996 by Jason Tait, John P. Sutton and John K. Samson , after the latter left the political punk band Propagandhi as bassist . In 1997 the first album Fallow was released on G7 Welcoming Committee Records . Only later did the second guitarist Stephen Carroll join the band. After various tours, in Germany with Tomte and Tocotronic , among others , the follow-up work Left And Leaving was released in 2000 , which finally made the band a permanent fixture in the indie spectrum due to the tireless willingness to tour and promote. After a three-year hiatus including a label change to Epitaph Records ( USA ) and Burning Heart Records ( Europe / Asia ), the album Reconstruction Site was released in September 2003 , which gave the band another breakthrough. In August 2004, founding member and bassist John P. Sutton left the band and was replaced by Greg Smith.

In 2006 Greg Smith, Stephen Carroll and Jason Tait were involved in the recording of Greg Graffin's ( Bad Religion ) second solo album Cold as the Clay . On September 25, 2007 the album Reunion Tour was released in Germany . On July 15, 2015 it was announced that the band had split up.
