Thea Weis
Thea Weis (born September 17, 1924 in Vienna ; † March 16, 1999 ) was an Austrian actress .
Life
Thea Weis received ballet training from Toni Birkmeyer in Vienna. Then she was able to gain first stage experience in the children's ballet of the Vienna State Opera . This was followed by acting training at the Max Reinhardt Seminar . Subsequently, Thea Weis played at the theater in Metz . Later it was her Löwinger stage and the theater in the Josefstadt involved .
She also worked in various film productions . These included the feature films We ask for a dance from 1941 by Hubert Marischka with Hans Moser , Paul Hörbiger and Hans Holt , 1946 The Long Way by Eduard Hoesch with Rudolf Prack , Hans Holt and Maria Andergast and 1951 Der alte Sünder under the direction by Franz Antel with Paul Hörbiger, Maria Andergast and Johanna Matz .
