TheaterRaum München (TRM) is a private, but state-recognized vocational school for acting and directing under the direction of Heiko Dietz . It lies in the Kurfürstenstraße in Munich district Maxvorstadt .

The average duration of training is three years; the training is project-based and therefore relatively un conventionally . The way the school works is based on David Mamet's principles . Methods of theater theory are not used, according to their own statements. Rather, the training focuses on the individual person who is to be shaped through practical experience on stage. Acting is viewed fundamentally as a craft. TheaterRaum München works closely with the Munich theater ... and so on .
