Theodor Basselet from La Rosée

Imperial Count Theodor Raphael Aloys Basselet von La Rosée (born November 9, 1801 in Munich , † April 15, 1864 ibid) was a Bavarian major general .

Life

Theodor Basselet von La Rosée , son of Joseph Adolph Basselet von La Rosée, studied at the University of Landshut . In 1821 he became a member of the Corps Bavaria Landshut . After completing his studies, he embarked on a career as an officer in Bavaria and became major general and adjutant to the Bavarian King Maximilian I Joseph . In 1854 he became the tutor of Princes Ludwig and Otto .

Basselet von La Rosée was married to Ludovica Freiin von Leuprechting since 1826 .
