Theodor Heimbrod

Theodor Heimbrod (* 1821 in Gliwice ; † June 3, 1882 in Breslau ) was a German lawyer and politician .

Life

Heimbrod completed a law degree at the University of Wroclaw . Then he was from 1846 higher regional court assessor in Ratibor , 1848 in Sohrau near Rybnik and from 1852 to 1861 public prosecutor at the district court in Leobschütz . Afterwards he was district court director in Rybnik, from 1868 Vice-President of the Court of Appeal in Magdeburg and finally President of the Senate at the Higher Regional Court in Breslau .

From October 30, 1848 to May 10, 1849 he was a member of the Frankfurt National Assembly for Silesia in Rybnik in the Casino fraction .

In 1862 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the conservative parliamentary group.
