The Saalbau Theresienstraße 26 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments . Originally it was registered under the independent number D-6-72-114-356 in the Bavarian Monument List . The hall building is now part of the directly adjoining property at Ludwigstrasse 3 (number D-6-72-114-39).

history

The two-storey hipped roof building was built in 1907 by architect Max Littmann in baroque Art Nouveau style. A year later, Littmann also created the adjoining property at Ludwigstrasse 3 in the same design language .

Pilaster strips structure the front of the property and combine both floors. An eccentric dwelling gives the impression of a risalit .
