history
The property was built in 1908/09 as a former health resort. It was built by the Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf in Baroque Art Nouveau style.
The mansard roof building on a hook floor plan has a powerful mass composition in addition to simplified construction details. The property is characterized by the high basement level made of red corrugation , simple window frames and a central risalit on the garden side, which is reinforced with pilasters and emphasized by a roof turret.
In 1994 the building was converted into an apartment house for its new use as a spa hotel. In this context, balconies were added on the garden side.
