The Thomas Nunatakkers are a group of three Nunatakkers in the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . In the Porthos Range of the Prince Charles Mountains, they rise 3 km southwest of Mount Mervyn .

Aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1965 were used for their mapping. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named them after Ian L. Thomas, a physicist at Mawson Station in 1967.
