Guido Kopp (born February 23, 1966 in Mönchengladbach ; † June 1, 2019 ) was a German football player and coach.

Career

Guido Kopp played in Borussia Mönchengladbach's youth division and moved to VVV-Venlo in the Netherlands in 1984 . There he played four games in the Eredivisie 1985/86 and scored one goal against MVV Maastricht . In 1986 Kopp came back to Germany for SV Baesweiler 09 . In the 1988/1989 season one played for his training club in the Bundesliga . He received two missions and moved to 1. FC Viersen after the season .

After his career he was a soccer coach in the Mönchengladbach region.

Life

He died of a heart attack at the age of 53 .
