Thomas King (boxer)

Thomas King (born August 14, 1835 in London , England , † October 4, 1888 ibid) was an English boxer in the bare knuckle era.

King was powerful, fast and had good boxing skills for the time. He was inducted into the Ring Boxing Hall of Fame in both 1977 and the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 1992.

After King quit boxing, he also became famous in horse racing and made a lot of money doing it.
