Thomas Monconduit (born February 10, 1991 in Drancy ) is a French football player .

Career

Monconduit grew up in the Paris area and started playing football there. In 2005 he moved from a small club in his native Drancy to the youth department of the professional club US Créteil . A year later he was accepted and trained at the Center technique national Fernand-Sastre before he went to AJ Auxerre in 2007 . In Auxerre he was in the squad of the reserve team for the first time in the 2008/09 season, but was initially only used sporadically in this, even if he came up six times for the French U-19 selection in 2009 and 2010 .

After he was able to establish himself in the second team in the 2010/11 season, he moved up to the professional squad at Auxerre for the following season. Although he was not used, he had to accept the first relegation of his career with relegation to the second division. In this league he made his professional debut when he came on for Prince Segbefia on December 11, 2012 in a 4-2 draw against Chamois Niort in the 40th minute . On January 12, 2013 he was in the starting line-up for the first time in the 1: 2 against SM Caen and played over 90 minutes. At the end of the season, Monconduit fought for a regular place, which he was able to maintain in the following season. However, his contract was not renewed at the end of the 2013/14 season and Monconduit subsequently remained without a club. In the summer of 2015 he found a new employer in the third division SC Amiens and was involved in the promotion to the second division a year later. He has been playing with the club in Ligue 1 since 2017 .
