Thomas Pawliczek (born August 13, 1965 ) is a biathlon trainer and former German biathlete .

Thomas Pawliczek started for the SC Dynamo Klingenthal . In 1985 he won the junior world championship title in the relay competition together with Jens Steinigen and Maik Dietz . Two years later he won the bronze medal with his club relay at the GDR championships in cross-country skiing. After his active career, Pawliczek became a coach and moved to Winterberg . At SK Winterberg , he became the responsible trainer for the biathlon sector, where he looked after Maren Hammerschmidt and her twin sister Janin, among others .
