Thomas Pitz (* 1968 in Heilbronn ) is a German mathematician and professor of game theory . His main research interests lie in the areas of analytical philosophy , distributed artificial intelligence , game theory and experimental economic research .

Career

Thomas Pitz studied mathematics and computer science at the Technical University of Darmstadt . He then did his doctorate on the simulation of social systems at the LMU Munich . After various research projects, including at the University of Duisburg-Essen and the Jiaotong University in Shanghai , Pitz took up a professorship at the Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences .
