Thomas Rapsilber (born July 15, 1966 in Hamburg , † July 9, 2002 in Schluchsee ) was a German ice hockey player in the ice hockey Bundesliga .
Career
Thomas Rapsilber was a German Bundesliga ice hockey player. He began his career in 1985 at EHC Freiburg (ERC Freiburg until 1984) , with whose boys and youth team he had previously won several Baden-Württemberg and German champions as a defender and attacker.
In 1988 Rapsilber joined the first division club Mannheimer ERC as a defender , but could not assert himself well in Mannheim and during the season switched back to EHC Freiburg, which had meanwhile been promoted back to the first Bundesliga.
Before the 1989/90 season , rapeseed silver moved to Schwenninger ERC and was able to score six points there . After a street fight in 1990, he was disabled .
Rapeseed silver drowned on July 9, 2002 while fishing in Schluchsee at night .
