Thomas Vogel (born March 1, 1967 in Hanover ) is a former German football player .

Vogel's career began at TSV Havelse , he then played in the Bundesliga from 1993 to 1997 for SC Freiburg , for which he played 88 first division games. In the Bundesliga he also played for Hamburger SV . In the 2nd Bundesliga , Vogel also played for SC Freiburg, Borussia Mönchengladbach and TSV Havelse against the ball. After a brief stint at VfR Mannheim , Vogel started playing in the Regionalliga Nord with Lüneburg SK in 2000 . From 2002 to 2003 he played at Wedeler TSV until he let his career end in 2005 at SV Henstedt-Rhen .
