Thomas Willeboirts
Thomas Willeboirts (* 1614 in Bergen op Zoom ; † 1654 in Antwerp ; called: Bosschaert ) was a Flemish history painter.
Willeboirts was a student of Gerard Seghers in Antwerp, where he joined the Guild of St. Luke in 1637 . He was a follower of Peter Paul Rubens and Anthony van Dyck , whose works he often copied. He was well known in his day. He worked for Prince Friedrich Heinrich of Orange and Prince Wilhelm II of Orange , among others .
