Three Trapped Tigers is a British band from London . The trio, founded in 2007, composes and plays instrumental progressive rock with high-speed riffs and polyrhythmic percussion. For their second album, Silent Earthling , they worked with Brian Eno , using his 1975 creativity technique called Oblique Strategies , which uses a set of cards with instructions.

Trivia

The band name is the English title of Guillermo Cabrera Infante's novel Tres tristes tigres (1967) in the translation by Donald Gardner and Suzanne Jill Levine.
