The Throssell River is a river in the Kimberley region in the north of the Australian state of Western Australia .

geography

The river rises on the eastern slopes of Mount Clifton north of the western part of the King Leopold Ranges and flows first to the east and then to the south. About seven kilometers west of the settlement of Mornington , the Throssell River flows into the Adcock River .
