The Thunder Glacier ( English for Donnergletscher ) is located on the northeast slopes of Buckner Mountain in the North Cascades National Park in the US state of Washington . The remainder of the glacier is still about 0.10 mi (0.16 km) long and separated from the much larger Boston Glacier by a ridge .
