biography

Since 2004 they have been taking part in exhibitions at home and abroad on a regular basis. Without wanting to commit to a medium or a form, the situation-dependent work of the duo results in a tendency towards the performative and towards installation. Her work is dedicated to the contrast between art and life. Playing with the audience or involving other actors or performers is also possible. Social fabric and economic mechanisms are at the center of Thylacine's interest. Your art doesn't want to go into the white cube, it doesn't work in and for itself, but always in relation to the real world. The two specific professional groups devote themselves to critical, political and a good pinch of humor, examine social power structures and also like to make these incidents their own.
