Tianquan County ( Chinese 天 全县 , Pinyin Tiānquán Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture-level city of Ya'an in the west of southwest China 's Sichuan Province . It has an area of 2,394 km² and has a population of 150,000 (2004). Its main town is the large village Chengxiang (城厢镇).

At the community level, the district is composed of two large communities and thirteen communities .
