Shimian

Shimian ( Chinese 石棉县 , Pinyin Shímián Xiàn ) is a district in the central west of the southwest Chinese province of Sichuan , which belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Ya'an . It has an area of 2,678 km² and has around 120,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the Miancheng ( 棉 城 街道 ) street district .
