Tiberinus Silvius
In Roman mythology, Tiberinus Silvius is a descendant of Aeneas and the ninth king of Alba Longa .
His predecessor was Capetus . He ruled for 8 years. If one uses the reigns given by Dionysius of Halicarnassus with a back calculation from the traditional year of the founding of Rome , this corresponds to the years 924 to 916 BC. Chr.
He drowned when he fell in a battle in the river Albula, which is said to have been named Tiber by him . However, it can be assumed that the king bore the name of the river or the river god Tiberinus . His successor was after Livy Agrippa , with Dionysius of Halicarnassus the name is Agrippas . Ovid gives a different name to Remulus .
