The Tidbinbilla River is a small river in the north of the Australian Capital Territory (area around the capital of Australia ).

It rises on the northwest slopes of Billy Billy Rocks in the Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve , part of Namadgi National Park , flows through unpopulated areas to the northeast and flows into the Paddys River near the Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex .
