Tiger Lou (* 24. April 1980 in Nyköping as Karl Rasmus Kellerman ) is a Swedish independent musician.

biography

In 1998 he moved to Södermalm ( Stockholm ), where he still lives with his wife Andrea Kellerman, who also makes music under the stage name Firefox AK . Together they recorded the single, The Draft, of their debut Madame, Madame . The name Tiger Lou comes from the character Tiger Lu from the Chinese martial arts film Fong Sai-Yuk (1993).

After releasing three albums, Kellerman announced in July 2009 that he would put Tiger Lou on hold for the time being to devote himself to other things. However, this should not be seen as the end of the project, but rather as a multi-year break. In May 2010, Kellerman released a solo album entitled "The 24th".

In the fall of 2014, Kellerman announced a new Tiger Lou album and tour dates in 2015. In addition, the song "Homecoming # 2" was presented in advance.

Rasmus plays all the instruments himself in the studio. His live band consists of Erik Welén ( bass ), Pontus Levahn ( drums ) and Mathias Johansson ( guitar ).
