Tillmann Schnieders (born September 25, 1977 in Hamm ) is a German musical actor and theater actor.

Life

Tillmann Schnieders was born on September 25, 1977 in Hamm . He attended the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Gymnasium in Hamm and made his Abitur there. At the same time he was a student at the Hamm Municipal Music School . He has mastered the instruments violin , viola and piano . In 1995 he won first prize in the Jugend musiziert competition in viola solo (regional). In 1996 he followed up on this with a first prize in a quintet (state competition NRW).

The tenor attended the Folkwang Hochschule Essen in 1999 and then the Berlin University of the Arts , where he graduated with awards in the musical / show course in 2003.

Since then he has been seen regularly in theater and musical roles. These include, for example, Marius in “ Les Misérables ”, Jack Worthing in “ My Friend Bunbury ”, Tony in “ West Side Story ”, Reagan assassin John Hinckley, Jr. in Stephen Sondheim's “Assassins” and Hero in his musical "The Romans are crazy". Also Simon Zelotes in " Jesus Christ Superstar " by Andrew Lloyd Webber or Rocky in "Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show ".

Tillmann Schnieders worked at the Theater des Westens , the Admiralspalast and the Neukölln Opera in Berlin, at the Vienna Renaissance Theater and at the Deutsches Theater in Munich .

Tillmann Schnieders has been a permanent member of the ensemble at Theater Hagen since 2011 . Here he also supports the team in the Marketing and Communication department.
