Tilva Roš is a Serbian youth film directed by Nikola Ležaić from 2010 . He follows a group of skateboarders from Bor , a small town in eastern Serbia, during their first summer vacation after graduating from high school. Tilva Roš is a story about growing up in a small town, told in the language of an urban generation. Two inseparable friends, inline skaters, roam the city, record daring videos in disused mines and compete for the affection of Dunja, a teenager from France.

Festivals and Awards

Tilva Roš was first shown at the Sarajevo Film Festival , where he won a debut film award and Marko Todorović was named best actor.

The film has been shown at more than 20 international film festivals ( Rotterdam , Warsaw , Thessaloniki , Miami , Buenos Aires , San Francisco ...) and has won several awards.

On October 11, 2011 European Film Academy Tilva Roš was nominated for the 2011 European Film Awards in the category European Discovery - Prix Fipresci for the best feature film debut in 2011.
