Tim Modersitzki

Tim Modersitzki (born July 30, 1985 in Berlin ) is a German basketball player.

career

The 1.96 meter tall builder and winger played for VfK Südwest Berlin until 2003, for the 2003/04 season at the Brandenburg club RSV Eintracht and then moved to TuS Lichterfelde , where he played in the regional league for two years.

In the 2006/07 game year he was  under contract with Bundesliga club EWE Baskets Oldenburg , for which he booked three appearances in the top German division, while he mostly played for the team of the cooperation club Oldenburger TB in the regional league. After moving to the Walter Tigers Tübingen  in the summer break of 2007, he played twelve league games for the Bundesliga club during the 2007/08 season and gained additional experience in Tübingen's second men's team in the 2nd regional league.

With the year in Tübingen his time in the first division ended, Modersitzki moved back to RSV Eintracht, who now competed in the 2nd Bundesliga ProB . He played for RSV until 2014, where he rose to become team captain. Then he retired to the 2nd regional league and played again in the amateur area for SSC Südwest Berlin .

National team

In 2004 Modersitzki wore the shirt of the German U20 national team.
