Timothy Beck (born February 1, 1977 in Assen ) is a Dutch sprinter and bobsleigh driver .
Sporting successes
Together with Patrick van Balkom , Troy Douglas and Caimin Douglas , he won the bronze medal in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the 2003 World Athletics Championships in 38.87 seconds behind the teams from the USA and Brazil.
At the 2004 Summer Olympics , the Dutch relay team, with the same line-up, was eliminated due to a mistake in the prelude. In 2003 Beck became the national indoor champion in the 60-meter run .
Specialty
Beck took part as a bobsleigh in the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City , where he finished 17th in the four-man bobsleigh .
