Titular diocese of Horrea

Horrea ( Italian : Orrea ) is a former diocese of the Roman Catholic Church and is now a titular diocese .

It goes back to a bishopric in the ancient city of the same name Horrea , which was in late antiquity in the Roman province of Mauretania Sitifensis (today northern Algeria ). At the latest in the course of the Islamic expansion , the bishopric went under.
