Titular Rusicade
Rusicade is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
The city in North Africa (today's Skikda in Algeria ) was an old Roman bishopric , which went down in the 7th century with the Islamic expansion . It was in the Roman province of Numidia .
