Tiziano Longo

Tiziano Longo (born April 24, 1924 in Rimini , † January 10, 1978 ) was an Italian film producer and director .

Life

Longo was active in film as early as 1943 as an actor in Luis Trenker's Monte Miracolo and after the Second World War he founded numerous production companies with which he promoted small and small films without large budgets, until 1958 as a production manager, then as a producer. He worked several times with Fernando Di Leo and Nello Rossati . After directing a largely neglected and widespread children's film in 1964, an erotic comedy based on his own script followed in 1973, followed by similar works until 1975. Then he devoted himself in three films to the Neapolitan environment, which was financially promising in those years and also worked on by Mario Merola , Ciro Ippolito and Alfonso Brescia . After 1977 Longo withdrew from active business.
