Tjenemit / Tenemit Ṯnmjt / Tnmjt The beer goddess |
Tjenemit (also Tenemit ) belonged to the ancient Egyptian gods of creation . She was entitled, among other things , " Who creates life in the whole country ", " The mistress of the Bas of Heliopolis ", " The one with lofty seat on the island of flames ", " Who makes the mistress of Dendera drunk at will of her heart ", " The Mighty ”,“ The Servant ”,“ The One Brewing the Beer ”and“ The One Bringing the Beer ”. The goddess was also connected to Hesat : “ Receiving beer from the hands of the Tenemit ”.
