Tjipee Murangi is a Namibian road cyclist.
In 2006, Tjipee Murangi was third in each of the Namibian one-day races Nedbank Cycle Classic and Namibian Cycle Classic. In the 2008 season he finished second in the road race behind Dan Craven at the national championship . In 2009 Murangi was third in the Nedbank Cycle Classic and he was Namibian road racing champion in Okahandja .
