Costa Seibeb (born February 7, 1992 in Windhoek ; † May 1, 2017 near Lüderitz ) was a Namibian cyclist .

In 2013 Seibeb won the Namibian Cycle Classic road race and came second in the mountain bike competition. In the same year he won the Nedbank Cycle Classic , which he won again in 2014 and 2015. At the Namibian Road Championships in 2013, he finished second in the road race and third in the individual time trial . In Zurich he won the championship in Zurich . At the African Road Championships in 2013 , he finished ninth in the individual time trial. In 2014 Seibeb was Namibian road racing champion and U-23 champion at the same time.

On April 30, 2017, Seibeb had an accident between Aus and Keetmanshoop in an accident with a car in which he was behind the wheel. He died of the consequences of the accident the next day while the ambulance was being transported to Lüderitz .
