Tobias Heege

Tobias Heege (born February 21, 1864 in Hausen an der Zaber ; † October 8, 1937 there ) was a farmer, local councilor and member of the state parliament of the free state of Württemberg . On February 17, 1934, in gratitude for his work in the service of the Hausen an der Zaber community, he was granted honorary citizenship .

Heege was a member of the citizens' committee from 1896 and of the municipal council of Hausen an der Zaber from 1897. From 1900 to 1918 he was woodruff master of the community, until 1928 deputy woodruff master. From 1914 to 1923 he was also the community caretaker . In addition, he was a member of numerous voluntary committees, including 20 years of the Loan Association , 40 years of the local Liederkranz , he was a member of the District Council and the Hospital Commission, the Württemberg Chamber of Agriculture and Chairman of the Agricultural District Association. In 1927, he succeeded the late Theodor Wolff as a member of the Württemberg farmers and wine growers' association in the Württemberg state parliament . A few days before his 70th birthday, he was made an honorary citizen of the Hausen an der Zaber community.
