Tobias Kay
Tobias Kay (* 1971 in Hamburg ) is a German actor .
Life
Tobias Kay is a trained retail salesman and business economist. After training as an actor at the stage studio of the performing arts in Hamburg , he began his acting career at Hamburg's off-theaters. In 2005 he took on a leading role in the theater play Love Bombing at the Spokeswerk Hamburg . Kay was seen in smaller roles in various films and television series until he became known to a larger audience as the “professional son” Christian von Uhlen in the Sat.1 series Klinik am Alex .
Kay made his directorial debut with the 27-minute short film Warmes gegen Bares (2006/2008).
In 2019, Kay produced the feature film Tag X together with Munich-based director and producer Manuel Weiss , in which he also played one of the leading roles.
