Tolga Seyhan (born January 17, 1977 in Giresun , Turkey ) is a former Turkish football player .
Career
society
The defender began his professional career at Malatyaspor in 2001. In January 2004 he moved to Trabzonspor , where he stayed until the end of the 2004/2005 season. In July 2005 he moved to Shakhtar Donetsk in Ukraine . He played a total of 27 games for Trabzonspor in the Turkish Süper Lig , scored one goal and received four yellow cards. In the UEFA Cup he played a total of 8 games and received 2 yellow cards. For the 2006/2007 season he moved to Galatasaray Istanbul on loan . After the season he returned to Shakhtar Donetsk. Tolga Seyhan moved again on loan to Trabzonspor, where he played in 2004. In the 2008/2009 season he moved to Kocaelispor and on January 20, 2009 to Hacettepe SK . After the team's relegation, he will play for Gençlerbirliği in the coming season .
With the end of his contract with the second division club Giresunspor in summer 2011, he ended his active football career.
National team
Seyhan played a total of 14 international matches for the Turkish national soccer team from 2004 to 2006 . He scored a goal and got a total of 2 yellow cards. Before that, he played twice for the Turkish U-21 national team and once for the second selection of the Turkish national soccer team.
